Kanlaya Thai Therapy provides professional massage services for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis.
2. Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the treatment price.
• "No-shows" will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
3. Client Conduct
We maintain a professional, therapeutic environment. Any illicit or suggestive remarks or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full treatment price will be charged.
4. Health Disclosure
It is the client's responsibility to inform Kanlaya of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries. We are not liable for any conditions not disclosed at the time of treatment.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
